Email Responsibility: You must provide an email address that is not associated with the domain(s) you are registering.
Contact: We will use your primary registered email address to contact you about abuse issues or other matters.
Email Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address current.
Domain Contact: If you register a domain name with Flixtele, you must ensure your domain account contact information and domain name information are correct and up-to-date. Flixtele is not responsible for lapsed registrations due to outdated contact information.
Contact Verification: To verify or change this information, contact us by email.
False Information: Providing false contact information may result in account termination.
High-Risk Transactions: For dedicated server purchases or high-risk transactions, you must provide a government-issued ID and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. If you do not meet these conditions, we may consider the order fraudulent and refuse it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in termination of your account.
Our support team will help you move your site to us. However, transfers are a courtesy service. We cannot guarantee:

Hosting companies are set up differently. Some platforms save data in incompatible or proprietary formats. This can make it very difficult, or impossible, to migrate some or all of your data. We will do our best, but in rare cases, we may not be able to assist with your data transfer.
Free transfer services are available for 30 days from your signup date, and only if your previous hosting company used cPanel. If your previous company used a non-standard control panel, there may be a migration fee.
